Booking Terms

Arrival:
Arrival timebetween 1pm & 9pm (unless otherwise arranged)

Payment:
The deposit amounts to the first night’s stay

Departure:
Vacate room by 10am

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation the following charges apply:

• prior to 7 days of arrival no charge
• prior to 48 hours loss of deposit unless the accommodation is re-booked
• within 48 hours the full amount of your stay unless the accommodation is re-booked

We strongly advise you take holiday insurance.
